Josh Sutton

“My goal is to identify your needs and help you get where you want to go. I am confident in my mission and how I can add value.”

-Josh Sutton

Josh Sutton is best known for being featured in the documentary “Beyond The Tree Line” Where he hikes the entire Appalachian Trail from GA to ME with his wife and their 4-year-old son Harvey. His adventurous spirit and passion for the outdoors have defined much of his life.

After high school, Josh moved to South Africa, where he spent four years working on a game lodge. This experience nurtured his love for adventure.

Professionally, Josh serves as a real estate agent and has also successfully grown a real estate business, amassing a rental portfolio of 28 units. He has an entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to see potential.

Josh lives by the motto, "To live a life filled with extraordinary stories".

My mission is to add value to those around me and provide quality service to my clients. With experience in marketing and business development and a background in construction, home improvement, and property management, I will add valuable insight into your home sale or purchase. I combine an intuitive business sense with a caring heart to help the people around me succeed in life.

Client satisfaction is my goal for each transaction. You'll walk away knowing that I have your back.

Recognizing the uncertainty of a healthy retirement from observing their parents, Josh and Cassie decided to restructure their lives by taking mini retirements throughout their lifetime. This philosophy led them to embark on numerous adventures as a family, including the 2,200-mile hike on the Appalachian Trail, a 215-mile trek on the John Muir Trail, and a trip to Nepal to trek up to the Everest Base Camp.

Most recently, Josh returned from Maine with his son, after conquering the 100-Mile Wilderness. This year's adventure added another extraordinary story to their collection.
